Matt Johanson
teaches social studies and journalism at Castro Valley
High School
in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a freelance journalist, he
contributes articles about sports, the outdoors, education and
politics to
California
newspapers and magazines. Matt co-authored the 2005 book Giants, Where Have You Gone? about the post-baseball lives of San
Francisco’s former players. He enjoys travel, running, and rock
climbing and skiing in the
Sierra Nevada
mountains.
